Our Key Focus is on Microsoft and Linux operating Systems, these are coupled with our managed sercurity solutions including firewalls and AI EPR software.

• Monthly server management (updates, resource allocation)

• User queries relating to the hosting package (i.e. cannot connect, app hanging, software updates/upgrades etc.)
• A quarterly session scheduled to test your backups properly (included in support cost)
