1. Acceptance of Terms: By utilizing the IT hosting services provided by sautech, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. These terms constitute a binding agreement between [Your Company Name] and the customer.

2. Service Description: Sautech will provide hosting services as described in the chosen hosting plan. The customer acknowledges that the features and specifications of the services may be updated or modified by Sautech at its discretion. 3. Payment and Billing: Customers agree to pay all fees associated with the selected hosting plan as specified on Sautech website. Payment is due on a recurring basis, and failure to make timely payments may result in service suspension or termination.

4. Service Level Agreement (SLA): Sautech will make commercially reasonable efforts to provide uninterrupted hosting services. However, no guarantees are made regarding uptime or availability. Any planned maintenance will be communicated to customers in advance.

5. Data Security and Backups: While Sautech takes measures to secure customer data, it is the customer’s responsibility to maintain backups of their data Sautech is not liable for any loss of data.

6. Acceptable Use: Customers agree not to use Sautech ‘s hosting services for any unlawful or prohibited activities. This includes but is not limited to the transmission of malicious code, spam, or any content that violates applicable laws or regulations.

7. Customer Support: Sautech will provide customer support related to hosting services during normal business hours. Support requests should be submitted through the designated channels as outlined Sautech‘s website.

8. Termination: Either party may terminate this agreement with written notice. Upon termination, the customer is responsible for settling any outstanding fees, and Sautech may immediately suspend or terminate hosting services.

9. Limitation of Liability: Sautech shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising out of the use or inability to use the hosting services, even if Sautech has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10. Governing Law: This agreement is governed by the laws of South Africa and where applicable Namibia. Any legal action or proceeding related to this agreement shall be brought exclusively in the courts of the respective juricstiction.

By signing up for Sautech ‘s IT hosting services, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. Sautech reserves the right to update or modify these terms, and customers will be notified of any changes.
